Return and Exchange Policy:

 At FLAIME, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that there may be circumstances where you would like to return a product, and we have established the following Return and Exchange Policy to assist you:

 Returns:

We regret to inform you that, under normal circumstances, we do not accept returns for products that have been correctly delivered. Our products are carefully inspected and packaged to ensure they meet our quality standards.

 Exchanges:

If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect or if the product delivered does not match your order, we will be happy to facilitate an exchange for you. To be eligible for product exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue and initiate the exchange process.

 Return Process for Defective Products:

 Contact our Customer Service team either on email info@flaime.in or call us on +91 897 0077 077 to report the issue and request an exchange.

 Provide your order number, a photograph and a clear description of the defect or discrepancy. Please note, we do not accept returns on sale items, fuel or gift cards.

 Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to facilitate the exchange.

 The exchange will be processed once we have received and inspected the defective product.

We appreciate your understanding of our return policy, which allows us to maintain the quality and integrity of our products.

 Refunds

In cases where the product exchanged costs higher than the new product, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the product being exchanged, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
